Train for Trails | Advanced is a comprehensive course designed for athletes willing to take their trail running performance to the next level.

This course covers essential trail training techniques, safety measures, gear recommendations, and physical conditioning to enhance your trail running experience. If you are a seasoned trail enthusiast looking to improve performance or someone just looking to go deeper, this course will help you improve your skills and confidence on the trails.

The advanced course includes 3 additional live sessions covering topics not included in the 'Train in for Trails 101' course. Topics covered in these sessions are - Safety and navigation, Trail running technique, Racing strategy and nutrition. This includes over 4 hours of live interaction with 'Ask us anything' at the end of these 3 live sessions. The advanced course also includes a bonus ‘Trail Running Trivia’ content of 60 minutes.
