Train for Trails 101 is a basic course designed to get you from the road to the trails.

This course covers the basic principles behind getting ready for any Trail race. We will help you avoid the common mistakes that people make in the beginning of their Trail running journey. The single goal is to fast track your progress as you build confidence to explore the world of trail running.
